I believe what you published was very reasonable.

However, what about this? suppose you added a little information? I am
not saying your content is not solid, but suppose you added a post title that grabbed people's attention? I mean Submit article is kinda boring.
You could peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they create post
headlines to get people to click. You might try
adding a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited
about everything've written. Just my opinion, it could bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
