Unless a pregnant woman has a serious medical condition, she should be treated like any other healthy worker. There is no reason that a healthy woman who is in the seventh month of pregnancy cannot stand for a quarter of an hour or longer. To suggest that she is incapable of doing so is ridiculous and condescending.
