The promotion of RT was flawed and the pricing was ridiculous. Instead of those stupid dance videos and trying justify their high price point with apple undercut them and most of the competition. Sadly, with this ^guy at the helm it took half a year to figure that out. Along with that only allow windows 8 on a touchscreen device. The UI (tiles) was designed for it. No wonder the OS is not doing so well. I tried on non-touch screen laptop and on a touchscreen, its a world of difference.
