So he can (a) smile his way through contradictions like being against term limits before he was for them, (b) pretend (for a day) that he但ツ€ツ冱 a 但ツ€ツ彷iscal conservative但ツ€ツ� and (c) use his term as public advocate more to organize for his mayor但ツ€ツ冱 race than to change law and policy.
