But if "The role of banks in physical commodities" wassupposed to make the economic and political case for allowingthe banks to retain all their current commingled roles, it hasfailed. It makes a good case why physical commodity markets needintermediaries, but not why those intermediaries should bebanks. (Editing by Keiron Henderson)
