This deal must not be allowed. The Chinese can’t be allowed to have this type of power in our communities. Smithfield is the largest pork producer in the world, own hundreds of large farms in the USA, employs tens of thousands of Americans in rural areas, and has contracts with thousands of other companies. Just last year this same Chinese company was caught selling pork in China with the toxic Clenbuterol powder and we dare to sell Smithfield to these unethical thieves!
