Having established that everything written in your personal statement is the truth – or can at least be properly evidenced – you should ensure that you have covered all the bases: your academic strengths and suitability to the course, academic extra-curricular qualities that enhance your application (such as linguistic proficiency or noteworthy IT skills), non-academic passions or hobbies that can demonstrate how well-rounded you are and also how you can contribute to the general life of the university (such as in music, sport, drama or dance).
