Unless you're actually involved in the process of court funding (state or federal) you have no idea how much money is being spent just by the courts on this ridiculous litigation- -not to mention Andy Pugno's made enough money on this case to buy his own jet. Pray tell- -what on earth do the good citizens of UTAH care about CALIFORNIA's constitution or its initiative process? This is now their fall-back position of course since they failed miserably with "gay marriage will cause our children to be gay" and similar arguments. Anyone out there from UTAH care to comment on this?
